I can offer used french or used german postage stamps. I need recent stamps from Lithuania. Mainly the last years, and before the World War 2. People can write me in english, german or french. For Lithuanian or russian language, I can use a programm for  translating the e-mail. We can change 1 X 1 for the recent stamps, in good condition : not damaged, or with the catalogue Michel.
